The Telugu-Tamil bilingual 'SIR' (Telugu)/'Vaathi' (Tamil) produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas is being mounted on a lavish budget with lavish production values.
Samyuktha Menon plays the heroine in the film written and directed by Venky Atluri.
On February 17th, SIR/Vaathi will be released worldwide in Telugu and Tamil languages.
