It is being screened on Lionsgate Play from April 26 onwards. Plot of the Beekeeper
Jason Statham’s character Adam Clay (also known as The Beekeepers) is an ex-member of an undercover group called The Beekeepers who has resurfaced. After retiring from the beekeeping business, Clay now lives a peaceful life and spends the majority of his time tending to his hives.
It is only on a fateful day, when a member of his elderly neighborhood takes a drastic turn for the worse when he becomes the victim of an extremely disturbing scam, that his life takes an unexpected turn.
As a result of what happened, Adam has to come out of retirement and get back into action so that he can find out and unleash his wrath on the wrongdoers once again. As you will see in the movie, what happens next & how Adam manages to succeed in this new and challenging mission remains to be seen.
