The rumors regarding the release date for Bethesda’s upcoming action role-playing game, Starfield, have once again begun to surface, pointing towards the game being released in June 2023.
According to Jez Corden, who is the Managing Editor of Windows Central, in the most recent episode of The XboxTwo, he responded to a question pertaining to the release date of Bethesda’s upcoming action-role-playing game, Starfield, by saying that he believes it is going to be launched in June 2023.
Starfield will be released on International Space Flight Day, which is on April 12, 2023, and the question asked was specifically about Starfield being released on this date. According to Corden, based on the latest information he has received, it looks like the game will arrive in stores during the month of June 2023.
As he clarified, this was only a prediction that he made, even though he would bet that the game would be delayed beyond June 2023, despite the fact that it was merely his opinion.
Previously, Jez Corden had been told by sources that Starfield was now playable from start to finish and that the game was awaiting an internet release date from its developers. However, sources told Jez Corden that the game is now playable in full from start to finish. On CDKeys, earlier this week, a listing for Starfield hinted that the game would be released on March 23, 2023.

Microsoft has stated that the release will take place in the first half of this year, which is in line with its previous announcement. In addition, it was also mentioned that it would arrive before Redfall, which is now scheduled for a release date of May 2, 2023.
However, Corden believes that the most likely scenario is that this date is simply a placeholder and that it is merely an estimate. Despite the fact that the Bethesda Launcher has been offline for more than six months, the CDKeys store listing for Starfield still shows the Bethesda Launcher as the delivery method.
In Corden’s opinion, the likelihood of Microsoft providing retailers like CDKeys with a firm launch date is extremely slim and at odds with the information he had learned about the current status of Starfield’s development.

The release date for Starfield is still unknown, according to Corden’s sources, as it has yet to be determined when it will be released. The sources informed him, under the condition that they remain anonymous, that Starfield is currently playable in its entirety from start to finish at the moment. In terms of size, the game is extremely large, spanning a number of star systems.
