The plot
A film set in the years 1812, 1948, and 2023 tells the story of three generations who are intertwined in a story which takes place over three centuries. This time travel film tells the story of the Mallari family from different periods of history. As seen in the trailer, a priest named Fr Severino is shown taking the lives of 57 people after he finds out that his mother, Dona Facuna, has turned into a manananggal (mythical vampire in the Philippines) and she can be cured if she consumes human flesh.
