SNK confirms that it will be available on November 9th. 2022, date of release to NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol. 2
While the exact details have not yet been revealed We do already know the collections are scheduled to launch on the 9th of November 2022.

Furthermore, SNK of Japan revealed that a physical version of the game is coming in 2023’s spring.
We also found out that the game will include the classic NeoGeo Pocket Color games, exactly like the first Volume in the series when it came out in March 2021.
