Netflix has recently announced the release date for the film after having recently acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights to the film and we have previously reported that Netflix will distribute the film post-theatrical. It revolves around a young man who promises his mother that he will remain calm throughout the week, and that only on Saturdays he will be able to unleash his anger. The man gets embroiled in a horrendous situation with a ruthless cop who tortures a particular village’s people mercilessly as he grows up.
It was a major success that Saripodhaa Sanivaaram opened to a very positive response. There was a lot of praise for Nani and SJ Suryah’s performances in the film. As Nani stated earlier, when speaking to OTTplay, he had said, “Frankly, our film only features 20% action, and the rest of it is only a build-up to the action part. Between the hero and the villain, there are going to be a lot of adrenaline-pumping moments, and the crowd will be treated to a feast of action. The film is aimed at a wide audience, but it has a touch of class to it that makes it a proper mass film.
